Smart POS Software grants to User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, download, and use one copy of the Software, for its internal business purposes, one copy of the Software may be downloaded and installed to only one domain name.

Technical support is only provided to users who have purchased a support plan and is only available via support ticket.

Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Smart POS Software customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account and software license termination.

Refunds

Smart POS Software do not issue refunds for software or app or services once the order is confirmed. Smart POS Software offer’s online demo for evaluation that should be used to evaluate and test the Software before purchasing.
